Molly Davis Lind, MA, is an award-winning strategist and design thinker with 20 years of experience transforming brands. She is passionate about using human-centered research to uncover what motivates people and translating that knowledge into engaging brand messages.
Before founding Wonsupona, Molly led naming and communication strategy initiatives at MetaDesign San Francisco, one of the world’s top brand design firms. Prior to that, Molly developed marketing communications for the 17th Surgeon General and managed branding and health initiatives at Canyon Ranch, the preeminent health spa and resort. She holds a BA in Speech Communications and Rhetoric from the University of Georgia and an MA in Consciousness Studies from JFK University.
Molly is particularly interested in helping socially conscious, forward-thinking individuals and organizations brand themselves in a way that emotionally charges audiences without alienating potential corporate business users.
Jason Lind, MBA, CFA, uses his research and investment background to develop business and operations strategies. A pattern-seeker and innovator, Jason dives deep to understand why certain brands fail or succeed. He works closely with leadership teams to uncover key insights that ensure the later.
Aside from consulting with Wonsupona, Jason is an equity analyst at Thornburg Investments and previously held analyst positions at hedge funds in San Francisco and Raleigh. Jason holds an MBA from Duke Fuqua School of Business and a BA in both Finance and Economics from San Jose State University.
