Field recording is my favourite craft. At the moment I am recording sounds for the Tonwelten Festival. My fieldrecording "Das Team" won second prize in "60 sec" international radio award in Canada and was played at festivals around the globe. I run the funded sound art project and acoustic travel guide to Essen www.soundofessen.com and sell high class sound effects for games, movies and advertisment of working on request for international teams. I did multi-speaker installations as well as head-phone based projects in public. I like to explore the sound of a city and was sheduled for talks about it at Nissan Electric, talked about animal recording at the Schoeps MikroForum and teaches field recording at Hochschule Duesseldorf and Hochschule Darmstadt.
