Wet PETG on the left side (about 60 to 70% humidity in the room) and dry filament on the right. I aborted the print and dried the filament for about 6 hours

Filament popping noise, not extruding cleanly. Anyone had similar? Petg 245 degrees, btt skr mini e3 2.0 noticed this after upgrading boards. Filament is dry, pid tuned and nozzle/hot end cleaned.
