At Studio ME Fitness, we offer a variety of unique programs from small group training, personal training and 8 week bootcamps. Our training includes strength, cardio and recovery modalities to give you the most efficient workout in as little time as possible We utilize tools such as WaterRower, TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells and foam rollers in our sessions. Why workout for 60 minutes when you can set the same workout in 30-45mins? Our classes accommodate ALL fitness levels and abilities with a focus on functional fitness to prepare you for everyday life.
