Secondly, when you finally return the clothes, you'll hear nothing but radio silence from them. In my case, I returned a pair of pants that didn't fit well. I KNOW for a fact it made it to their address because I have the tracking number, and it indicated a successful delivery. Despite numerous emails, they did not reply to my concerns regarding a refund. I had to report them to several regulatory bodies and escalate the issue with PayPal! Again good until you have to return the clothes. And unfortunately, you're bound to come across an issue in which you'll have no choice but to return due to fit issues.'
