Tips & Tricks If you apply Velvet Touch while Stick With Me is wet, the Velvet Touch dries inside of the Stick with Me and it will not transfer/rub off after it has dried. It still will have the velvet feel and will not dry hard. You also get full coverage when applied on wet Stick With Me. The outcome is a rich black. If you apply Velvet Touch on tacky Stick With Me, you may get a bit of transfer/rub off after it has dried because some of the Velvet Touch particles are loose or do not stick directly to the glue. You can stop the transfer with a water-resistant shoe protector spray. The coverage is more sparse compared to when you apply it on a wet Stick With Me. You can also apply Velvet Touch using Clear Coat Satin as the "glue"
