I tried UE5 early acces and I have with the opacity mask; If I connect the texture, everything turns in to the default material: Without connect the texture Texture connected: Notices that in the preview everything works correctly. Thanks for your time! Upgrade: I solved the problem. It’s seems that nanite do not support opacity mask.
