Figurative modernist hand-carved mahogany sculpture purchased in Brazil in the 1950s. Signed to the bottom rear edge. Brazilian rosewood plinth base included. The plinth can be refinished at the buyer's request. Sculpture measures: 35.5 H x 10 W x 6.5 D Plinth measures: 40.25 H x 9 D x 12 W.
Good condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor fading. Plinth bases has faded to a beautiful tone but can be refinished at the buyer's request.
