The song, performed by Lisa Kainde and Naomi Diaz (known together as Ibeyi) is inspired from "The World Was Wide Enough", and makes numerous references to the songs in Hamilton. Lin-Manuel Miranda reached out to them and asked them if they'd create the song with complete creative freedom.
