All we need is a photo of your pets paw pad, taken on your mobile phone. We find this works best and is easy for both the pet and owner! We can also work with a paw print you already have. Once you have your photo, e-mail this to prints@ together with your order number and name. If you don't have a paw print for us to use we can make this with a generic paw print - just add this request to your order when checking out.

Once we receive your prints, we will need approximately 1-2 weeks to make this item. If you need your order 2 or 3 days under the lead time, then pop this in the note to the studio box above, and where possible, we will do our best to help.
