Not 100% green, as the thin mesh fabric inside is made from virgin polyester, but as the polyester is coated with natural rubber, off-gassing will not be a problem, and the pad is non-toxic. They contain no flame retardants. As we are not set up to charge for shipping, these rug pads can only be shipped with a rug order, which ships for free. Rug pad sizes are nominal and are quoted as the size of the rug they are intended to fit. Scissors can easily be used to trim to fit where needed, especially the rounded corners on oval braided rugs. We are sorry that the USA manufacturer of our pads does not offer 4x4 or 10x10 sizes. Customers who want these sizes generally buy a larger pad, such as a 10x14 for an 10x10 rug. Its easy with scissors to cut off 4x10 and keep it to use with smaller rugs or a runner. As these pads are made of natural rubber, they are not recommended for LVT/LVP flooring. Not for use on radiant heated floors.
