This harness is perfect for dressing up an everyday outfit, for a festival look or even on its own! This harness fastens at the neck with a loop and metal swan hook and has an adjustable elastic waist. This design has great scope for personalisation; add charms, extra straps, mix and match laces, the possibilities are endless! The length is adjustable so can be worn at the waist or at the under bust. Neck and waist strap are both adjustable. SKILL LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE This pattern is an intermediate pattern.
