Their biodegradable designs are made with biodegradable yarn that is compostable at the end of its lifespan – and which incorporates recycled materials, rescuing normally non-biodegradable yarns from landfill. People All workers are paid fairly. The brand also places a lot of attention on gender equality in its supply chain. Production Hēdoïne produces its opaque designs in the UK and its biodegradable range in Italy. All products are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning that they are checked for pesticides, heavy metals, poisonous colouring and carcinogenic chemicals that can be harmful to humans and the environment.
