Gretsch G4000 Series - Hammered Chrome Over Brass Snare Drum

This Hammered Chrome over Brass snare drum from Gretsch is part of the G4000 Series and it comes fitted with a hammered shell which produces a distinctive, slightly drier sound than the standard Chrome over Brass snare shell. The 1.1mm brass shell is rolled and then welded with a clean, durable seam. Also, the entire shell is chrome plated and features a 40-degree bearing edge. Some extra features include Lightning throw-off, top and bottom die-cast hoops, 'Snap-In' key holder and 42-Strand snare wire (20-strands on 13 snare). This snare drum comes available in three different sizes you can choose from: 13 x 6, 14 x 5 and 14 x 6.5.
