My only concern is the inner waist band irritates my skin but the my skin not the product, the inner waist band has to have a way to stay up. This one does just that, it doesn't roll down. This is an excellent support garment. I am glad it has an elastic band at the top to keep it from sliding. I enjoy wearing this under my clothes when I go on long walks.
