We were so honoured to be invited to the preview of the Lingerie Francaise Exhibition at the Design Exchange, in Toronto, on September 25. Spending time with our friends in the lingerie industry is always an enjoyable and positive experience. With some vintage corsets, wine and macarons thrown into the picture we were in heaven! The retrospective exhibition is in the middle of an around-the-world tour, previously stopping in New York, Berlin, Shanghai, Dubai, London and Paris. It showcases lingerie dating back to the 1800s by prestigious French brands including Lise Charmel, Empreinte, Chantelle, Aubade, Maison Lejaby and Simone Perele (all which we currently carry in our stores). It was fascinating to see the development and progress our industry has made over the last 100 years. Even more interesting, was to see how the trends have made a comeback- longline
