But notice as you knit, that your body and the work form a circle – originating at your heart, passing down each arm and out through your hands – becoming a strong energy symbol. So be mindful of the thoughts that occur to you as you knit, try to focus on loving kindness. In this way the bag may become a capsule containing the energy those thoughts produced. Sizes will accommodate two sizes of yoga mat and can easily be adjusted for length. To fit a rolled mat 26 in / 66 cm long (width of unrolled mat) x 13 (16) in / 33 (40.5) cm circumference.

The instructions are written to give options of being worked in either Worsted or DK weights of yarn. The pattern is available as a pdf download.
