Description

A beautiful and relaxed way for parents, carers and grandparents to connect with Baby. We will use Yoga to stretch and strengthen the body in a kind and safe way. You can do as much or as little movement as you like. Dip in and out and if you need to feed or cuddle your little one that's absolutely fine. Please bring a mat/blanket for you and your baby and a few of their favourite toys. Suitable for 10 weeks postpartum or 12 weeks for a C-section.
