Description

Here we have an antique folk art cane from New London, Connecticut circa 1929, honoring Bill, Ken and Mel. I wish this little gem could talk. This is about as pure as you can get. If the Connecticut locals are in charge of finding the perfect wood specimen for a tribute stick, you know they'll deliver. It's a cool one.
The deep groove carving is a a perfect representation of the time and place. Then you have the mysterious symbols and swirls, front and center. Wicked.

They took the time to carve the names and date it 1929, marking the location in bold, New London, Connecticut.

The rare folk art walking stick came out of a Connecticut estate.

The wood walking stick measures just over 33 tall, and the cane handle measures about 5. There is perfect patina everywhere, including surface wear.. Please see all pics as they are part of the description.

I ship FedEx to street addresses in the continental USA only (no PO Boxes please). Free shipping on the rare walking stick.

Connecticut is deep in American history. Here's a glimpse. A very cool and unique piece of Depression Era history.
