Difficulty Level: Beginner Equipment needed for the class: Just shoes, a mat, and nice speakers to feel the music This is a pilates workout where pop songs are used. This is a good cardio workout. The heart rate reaches the fat burning zone (depending on effort) but people won't realize it because it is a fun class. We'll be working out to pop songs, hiphop & kpop among others! About the coach: I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, a Piloxing SSP certified, Piloxing KO certified, Pop Pilates certified, Zumba certified and a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certified.
