Wunderflats, Europe’s leading furnished apartment rental service, had a remarkable story that needed to be crafted in an impactful, succinct way. Instead of simply conveying information about the company’s rental services, we aimed to link facts to emotions, based on the new brand narrative, “A Place to Begin New Stories”. This narrative enabled us to concentrate on what the brand offers (a place to stay) and the emotional benefit (beginning new stories).
