Wonsupona was approached to develop a name for a new type of boutique investment bank – one centered on helping socially- and environmentally- conscious businesses prosper. Their mission is to help good people with great businesses thrive.


During interviews with key stakeholders, we uncovered that the bank’s senior leadership team has worked within a broad spectrum of industries, from technology to media to telecom. The name “Fluence” highlighted the story that whatever your specialty, there’s an expert that speaks your language.

The name enabled the bank to communicate their shared values and alignment in missions with the organizations they served – a steady relationship without break in continuity or flow. “N” was added as a unique feature to represent the power of influence of brands in the world.
