Molly Davis, MA
Naming & Storytelling

Molly is a visionary story strategist and namer with an innate passion for using human-centered design methodologies to stir the depths of the human subconscious. She has over 20 years of experience in branding design, and a significant amount within the health and wellness sphere, having worked with companies such as Omere Longevity Institute, Canyon Ranch Health Resorts, 23andMe, MyFitnessPal, and more.

Molly previously led Communication Strategy at MetaDesign, one of the world’s top global brand and design firms. Prior to that, Molly developed corporate marketing communications for the 17th Surgeon General at Canyon Ranch.

Molly has a Master’s degree in Consciousness Studies from JFK University San Francisco, providing her with a deep understanding of human perception, cognition, and emotions, and enabling her to create resonant and impactful brand experiences that connect with consumers on a profound level.

She holds a BA in Speech Communications & Rhetoric from The University of Georgia. A Michigan native, Molly is forever allured by the Southwest and spends time between homes in Denver and Santa Fe with her husband and children. She enjoys cooking (especially baking bread), nature, meditation, and exploring.

Jason Lind, MBA, CFA
Business Strategy

Jason uses his research and investment background to develop business and operations strategies. A pattern-seeker and innovator, Jason dives deep to understand why certain brands fail or succeed. He works closely with leadership teams to uncover key insights that ensure the later.

Jason holds an MBA from Duke Fuqua School of Business and a BA in both Finance and Economics from San Jose State University. Jason previously was an equity analyst at Thornburg Investments and held analyst positions at hedge funds in San Francisco and Raleigh.
